Senior Sales Representative

Location: Warsaw

Working model: hybrid

Currently for one of our Clients, a well-known FMCG Company being a leader in its field we are looking for an experienced Sales/ Key Account Management professional, proficient in English Language, and experienced in developing successful, lasting relationships with international B2B Clients for the position of Senior Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities:
• Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors.
• Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services and/or solutions.
• Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques.
• Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributors Incumbents matching to this... specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
• Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.
• Accompanies junior sales professionals on calls where appropriate and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives.
• Provides technical advice to sales group as needed.
• Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
• May participate in special projects/programs as assigned, such as training or communications sessions within or outside of the company.

Position requirements:
• 5 Years of sales experience - of which 3 years of sales experience in FMCG environment and most likely also KAM experience
• Full professional proficiency in English Language.
• In-depth knowledge of sales related issues.
• Professional working proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Team-player
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the business drivers.
• Good understanding of trade marketing, category management principles and preferably brand marketing
