Our Team:

As CHC Assistant Brand Manager, you will help Brand managers to create & execute an End2end Consumer engagement journey for a given category as well as contributing to brand management, consumer activation, CMI, innovation and digital and media executions. In this role, you will join us on an exciting journey of driving category growth and execute the growth plan strategy through collaboration.

Main responsibilities:
• Analyze market performance/ dynamics and provide recommendations to achieve the established targets.
• Execute flawless brand execution & communication strategy in collaboration with key brand stakeholders across all channels (both digital and offline)
• Implement approved brand plan & marketing activities, supported by on-going performance analysis & portfolio management.
• Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, staffing, and all necessary resources to ensure successful events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies ensuring brand activation.
• Support the brand planning process.
• Coordinate and monitor A&P monthly budget & manage budgets for brand activation projects, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and meet expectations.
• Ensure the correct execution of brand launches.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

About you
• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Soft skills: Coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Technical skills: Marketing experience in the health care industry
• Education: Bachelors Degree Marketing.
• Languages: Fluent English
