Purpose:

Manage a full portfolio of funds and team in order to meet the Service Providers Agreement (SPA). Assist with the management of business processes by solving day-to-day problems; checking and verifying data and action the first authorisation as well as first release of payments for claims. Support team members by providing on-the-job coaching when required.

Qualifications and Experience
Matric and/or equivalent qualification
Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
4-6 years industry experience
