Responsibilities:
• Define and develop marketing strategies based on customer service feedback and market intelligence.
• Identify business opportunities in the market and jointly strategize with the Team Leader to execute specific actions.
• Define short term and long-term strategic marketing goals - jointly with Business Unit team and Team leaders.
• Build key customer relationships.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify, and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Lead and drive vendor’s marketing activities, strategies and targets within Ghana.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management and salespeople on business trends with a view to developing new services... products, and distribution channels.
• Help internal salesmen and distributors with marketing material, training, tools and all selling aids to enhance their work.
• Organize marketing events and programs.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively contributing to the delivery and achievement of the Department’s Management Processes.

OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand fully, the importance of an effective OHS & EMS culture.
• Promote a continual improvement of OHS & EMS activities.
• Identify and report hazards.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Experience in community management for at least one (1) year
• Familiar with handling social media platforms
• Must understand basic principles and fundamentals of marketing
• Must possess a strategic and creative mindset
• Must have experience in online community management
• Must have excellent communication skills, to understand and drive conversations with target audience.
• Possession of analytical skills to uncover underlying thoughts and insights generated from interactions within the community.
• Must possess the ability to lead discussions on online marketing strategies.
• Must poses excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability.
• Market research skills.
