The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing program requirements and developing computer applications by performing the following duties:


• support of our partners and customers in the implementation of demanding CRM projects
• having one-to-one meetings to give advice, using a proven approach, on how to use the CRM system. Which modules are being used? What requirements does the customer have and how can these be translated into a concrete set-up
• analysis, recording and realization of multi-layered business requirements in projects
• you act as a coaching consultant, think along with the customer and ensure that all activities required for implementation are carried out as agreed
• planning and optimization of business processes and the ready-to-use provision of software solutions at the customer’s... site
• interact with various parties (internal and external) on projects
• monitor the project agreements and communicate about them with the client
• provide webinars / training to our clients
• support of the sales department in the context of presales assignments
• testing, installation and commissioning of the appropriate software tools – independently or in a team with your colleagues
• cooperate with end users helping resolve issues
• work in an agile team setup using Kanban boards in Jira/Atlassian


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have abilities in the following areas:
• 4+ years of experience in CRM consulting and implementation
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, CAS Genesis World CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a plus
• Project Management experinece will be a plus
