Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Credit Assessments, Collections or Financial performance in an international environment.
• Shared service centre experience; preferably in oil and gas industry, lubricants industry or similar (eg. paint, chemical, batch processing industry) would be desirable. (can consider)
• Written and spoken proficiency in Mandarin & English language (speak,write,read)
• Proficiency in MS Office (must have) / JDE /SAP (good to have) & Power BI (reporting).

Scopes:
• Acquire and review customer financial data using market information and through liaising with specialist credit agencies to assess credit worthiness of customers and assign an appropriate risk range and approve credit limit within DOA.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain valid credit reviews for customers.
•... Provide advice to Sales on customer credit worthiness, including credit limits and payment terms.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, including control of orders for overdue or overlimit accounts.
• Manage credit risk exposure and expected loss limit to optimize the balance between risk and reward.
• Review and approve Credit Assessments, bad debt provision and write offs within DOA.
• Escalate those above DOA for approval by providing reasoned recommendations to senior Management
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders - Customers, Legal, Credit Collection teams and external service providers. Conduct monthly meeting with Sales.
• Undertake credit health checks and external audits as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Participate in customer visits, handle queries and resolve disputes.
• Analyse overdue trends, assess root causes, and suggest risk mitigations.
• Support team members and act as a backup for order release and period end close activities.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects and implement best practices.
