Job Purpose

The overall purpose of this job is to manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with internal teams, and effective communication to strengthen the Company’s position in the market.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

l Expand and maintain relationships with strategically important and large customers. Assigned to the highest-value key customers, the Head of Key Account Management is responsible for assigned strategic account targets and sales quota.

l Proactively lead the business’s strategic account planning processes and develop performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods and ensure that all assigned customer accounts within the department are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business.
