Join our esteemed team at ProjectEVN, a premier construction management company committed to delivering outstanding results. We're in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to bolster our project management efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Meeting Support: Collaborate closely with the project manager to organize and schedule meetings, meticulously record meeting proceedings, and disseminate minutes promptly. Ensure comprehensive documentation of action items and their timely follow-up.
• Site Visits: Accompany the project manager on site visits, aiding in inspections, documenting progress, and addressing any emerging issues. Serve as a liaison between the project manager and on-site personnel, fostering effective communication and coordination.
• Document Management: Maintain precise and current project documentation, encompassing contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents to... stakeholders as required.
• Coordination: Facilitate coordination among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to uphold project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain project status reports, monitoring key performance indicators, milestones, and budget utilization. Assist in analyzing project data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and managing correspondence. Aid in managing project-related expenses and budgets.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in project management or an administrative role within the construction industry is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with Google interface tools such as GDrive, Gmail, and Google Calendar is advantageous.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
