About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing comprehensive administrative support within a legal environment. This role... offers the opportunity to work closely with lawyers and legal assistants, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm.
In this role you can expect to;
• Prepare legal correspondence and professional letters for lawyers and legal assistants.
• Organise and maintain files for court proceedings with meticulous attention to detail.
• File documents with courts on behalf of lawyers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
• Operate multi-line switchboard effectively, directing calls to appropriate parties.
• Process invoices for lawyer billing and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Research and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership, including airfare, accommodation, and ground transportation.

What you’ll need to succeed:
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent transcription, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in case management and administrative support within a legal setting.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
