Seeking confident, well presented, experienced and reliable Legal Secretaries/ Personal Assistant's to apply for upcoming positions, both full time and part time. Positions available in Central Coast, Lake Macquarie & Newcastle region.

These roles include general office duties in all areas of law.

You are a committed, client focussed team member. You are a team player who delivers consistent quality services in a high-volume environment. Your high level communication skills support you in dealing with our clients and legal staff interactions. These interactions include reception, phone and legal administrative functions.

This recruitment will create a talent pool which may be used for similar vacancies (full-time or part-time) we have over the next 18 months.

Some of the duties you may expect to be tasked with are:
• Greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Answering incoming calls and handling client enquiries
• Arranging conferences and general diary management
•... Email management and responding to enquiries
• Drafting tax invoices and processing payments
• Following up outstanding payments
• Check and manage trust account
• Providing administrative support to Solicitors
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and contracts
• Attending to filing of court documents, applications and extensions online
• Assisting in opening and closing legal files
• Safe custody management
• Attending to other general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, collecting and posting mail.
