The Department

We are a powerful, energetic and passionate content/copywriting team of 3, looking to expand as we explore new opportunities for lead-generation. As content marketers, we’re here to drive top-line growth – working closely with our colleagues in Campaigns and Performance&Analytics to deliver qualified leads to... sales that convert to revenue. We do this through a customer- and digital-first approach, sharing high-impact, relevant and engaging content across the buyer journey. We innovate every day, telling stories and sharing messages that get people’s attention, drive action and deliver revenue. Our work is pivotal to the delivery of key messages – curated from subject matter experts across the business and transcribed in a digestible and engaging format across our digital channels.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in our growing content team, devising and writing compelling copy – both long and short form – across various channels with the purpose of generating leads that convert to revenue. No two days are the same in this role. You could be writing a series of B2B emails one day and drafting webpage copy or promotional banners the next. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of mediums and techniques, which gives you plenty of opportunities to get creative and come up with meaningful copy solutions. You will work closely with our other copywriters and our Campaigns team, responding to regular briefs as well as our Performance&Analytics team to ensure you’re tracking the results and the impact of your copy. You’ll also have the chance to work with other experts across the business as part of scoping and researching new content and messaging.

The Candidate

As this is an entry-level role, a thirst for learning and zeal for writing are at the top of what we’re looking for. We’ll ask to see a body of work that demonstrates your keenness for the craft, whether that’s a personal blog or something you’ve had published. This role would suit someone with a background in writing, journalism, English or similar. You’ll be fluent in both written and spoken English, with impeccable spelling and grammar. If you can communicate in an additional European language, that would be a bonus. You are a driven individual with a passion for writing and telling stories. A fantastic communicator and collaborator, you’ll need to have great people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across all levels of seniority. You’ll be a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
