2. Description of the department
The Communications team oversees and manages both internal and external communications globally for AXA IM Alts, including management of social media channels, press activities, as well as sponsorships and corporate events. Part of the Marketing & Communication function, AXA IM Alts Communication team is made up of a Head of Communication and two Communication Managers.
3. The main responsibilities of the role
• Production of editorial content for internal and external communication purposes, including for social media.
• Writing/translation of French and English content.
• Creation of digital assets (video and pictures).
• Contribution to manage and develop corporate social media channels.
• Contribution to the organization of corporate events, internal and external (physical and digital events).
• Media monitoring and follow up on press activities.
• Internal reporting for all communication department activities

Education/Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Management or Finance.
Technical skills
- Computer skills and graphic design notions.
Competencies
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills in English and French
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent in English and French with mother tongue being English or French
- Finance background is not mandatory
5. What do we offer
