At Bluebird Care Ireland we are proud of our reputation for providing excellent home care and support to our customers. As a leading organisation we continue to grow and are recruiting a Quality Nurse Manager, paediatric nurse experience a must, to join the Bluebird Care National Support Team.

As a qualified nurse with paediatric experience the purpose of this role is to adhere to the homecare Bluebird Care brand and model upholding the quality and compliance within each franchise business. This will include travelling to franchise office locations to perform quality and compliance audits, compile reports and implement improvement plans.

Key responsibility is to work closely with the National Quality & Clinical Governance Manager and quality team to ensure that individual paediatric businesses have the tailored support they need to maintain the highest possible quality ratings, to review and audit businesses to ensure continual compliance with Bluebird Care policies and to provide... franchisees with support on quality and compliance issues.

Other responsibilities include:
• Support the quality management and quality improvement guidelines for the network.
• Monitor, audit and provide assistance with quality assurance and compliance.
• Prepare and present audits results and findings reports to the franchisees of Bluebird Care.
• Provide consultation to the network to ensure service provisions are implemented at the highest standards and customers receive the highest level of care.
• Have an understanding of all regulations, practices, and procedures within the homecare care sector.

Experience needed:
• General Nurse and Paediatric qualifications – mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of the social care sector especially homecare services. Knowledgeable about the principles of high-quality person-centred care and support.
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory responsibilities and the law relating to domiciliary care services
• Strong commitment to upholding legislative requirements, but also best practice across the franchise network in regard to policies and procedures.
• Committed to continually refreshing knowledge and undertaking professional and personal development to always ensure excellent performance.
• Able to communicate industry specific and sometimes complex requirements across a range of understanding to ensure they are understood and actioned.
