The Opportunity

The HR Manager is a close... partner to our global functions and line managers on all HR matters. You will take a comprehensive, end to end view of people operation processes, influence key partners in policy design and set up the processes needed to deliver outstanding employee experience - from onboarding, compensation, employee relationship management, learning and development to conducting exit interviews, and providing expert knowledge on global policies and procedures. This is not your typical HR work – you will have truly important work from Day One, help building the HR function to become a high performing and agile team.

What The Day Will Look Like
• Support the HR functions to ensure all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives are aligned with business objectives, statutory requirements across the company.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance performance, employee engagement, Culture transformation and succession planning.
• Recruitment end to end process including workforce management with budget control and build strong talents pipeline.
• Managing and being responsible for employee compensation and benefits, as well as analyzing and executing tasks related to company's compensation and benefits policies to align with the company's policies.
• Onboard new employees with HR policy guidance.
• Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience in HR function.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills – effectively communicate ideas to internal partners of various backgrounds and levels
• Excellent operational skills – able to plan, organize, and execute vital activities to deliver on business needs, with proven attention to details, data accuracy and solution design
• Strong Project Management Skills - effectively lead, set priorities and deliver on goals
• Experience in HR Operations – End to end employee life cycle management
• Completing tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Strong attention to detail, with strong service orientation and good business judgment
• Initiative, ownership, and result-orientation
• Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work under pressure
• Fast learning agility – able to learn on the job in a constantly evolving environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office products, such as PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
