The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


- 2+ years of experience in IT services sales (outsourcing)

- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher level

- Results-driven mindset

Will be a plus:

- Experience in organizing the work of a sales department from scratch


- Full stack sales (from lead generation to closing the deal);

- Developing strategies for client acquisition on international platforms, including Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.;

- Conducting company presentations and identifying client needs;

- Negotiations with clients and closing deals;

- Up sales, cross-sales.
