We are the brand new owners, looking for a dedicated and motivated member to assist in runnin gour front of house team. You would one of the many faces to our business and a key member in providing a high standard of service.

We pride our selves on serving the highest quality dishes using only fresh local ingredients. You will be working closely with supportive owners of the business to help push your capabilities and motivate you to produce the highest service possible.

Duties:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer expectations
- Train and supervise... restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control techniques
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
