We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join the dynamic Global Marketing Strategy department and assist the Head of Brand. Our job is to bring the company's global brand... strategy and creative output to life by collaborating with teams in every market. This role will see you develop the future vision brand strategy, building ground-breaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to life to drive brand awareness and improve perceptions. We need an individual with strong strategic and communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, who can manage the brand from strategy to tactical execution. You'll be dedicated to creativity, innovation and putting our customers at the heart of the work you do and will spend your days originating new ideas, building on existing ideas and working across the full marketing mix to execute advertising campaigns and brand communications with excellence.

Your new adventure:
• Develop comprehensive brand strategies and crafting robust plans for successful implementation
• Drive the implementation of brand positioning and ensure seamless delivery of all brand communications
• Lead campaigns and brand partnerships of all sizes, collaborating with stakeholders from throughout the company and external agencies to plan, organize and execute activities
• Manage all advertising and brand communication activities across multiple digital and non-traditional channels including; online, social, podcast, outdoor media
• Alongside the Head of Brand, you'll be the go-to brand guardian for the company, making sure that all output stays true to our brand goals and is on brand
• Create briefs that will motivate in-house design teams and our external marketing agencies
• You'll spot opportunities for campaign improvements and ongoing optimisation, you’ll pull together comprehensive reviews and make future recommendations based on all of the learnings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to generate new initiatives and collaborations that strengthen our brand uniqueness
• Support BAU work streams for the wider Marketing Strategy team (Social, PR, Events, Product)
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them regularly to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
• Take charge of ad hoc administration duties
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation

Does this sound like you?
• At least 5-7 years brand marketing experience
• Proven experience in brand advertising and communications with a track record of successfully evolving and maintaining strong brands
• A strategic thinker mindset with the ability to develop brand strategy aligned with business goals and market trends
• A bold ‘thinker’ and ‘doer’
• Great communication skills for effective collaboration
• B2B/B2B2C experience desirable in digital/tech
• An understanding of marketing technologies and analytical tools
• Excellence in execution, having experience with and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A focus on results orientation, being skilled in prioritizing and achieving the goals
• A team player, with the willingness to take and give feedback and contribute to the teams overall success
• A self-starter by nature, willing to take initiative and execute the plans
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a business/marketing related degree desirable
