We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager who will be part of a team coordinating translation projects.

The... role:
Our Language Services team is part of our Commercialization and Outcomes group, working out of our offices in Abingdon (UK), Raleigh-Durham (US), Lyon (France), Barcelona (Spain), and Seoul (Korea).
• Provide translation of clinical trial related materials for both internal and external clients.
• Coordinate translation projects
• Work with the in-house client managers and freelance linguists/suppliers to fulfill translation project scopes.
• Contract with linguists from all over the world, monitor quality and budgets, and handle document formatting.

You will need:
• 2-5 years prior applicable experience in Language Services as project manager.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Foreign Languages, Linguistics, Translation and/or Interpretation.
• Advanced level of English.
• CAT tools experience required (MemoQ preferred).
• TMS experience highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Word knowledge, word formatting highly preferred.
• Demonstrate drive, passion and a strong sense of teamwork, along with a desire to progress within our organization.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time.
