About the role The Youth Worker is a professional individual who works alongside young people to encourage independence and skill building.

The support that is provided can include but is not limited to; personal care, domestic assistance, accessing social and community activities, education, and behaviour support About you Whilst qualifications and experience are important, the right attitude is what we are looking for.

Minimum requirements Be passionate about supporting young people Be committed to providing an exceptional level of care and support Australian Working Rights (Student Visa's not included) Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks Two professional references (Manager or Supervisor) You must currently hold or be willing to obtain the following A Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Check National Criminal History Check First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid;
