As a Recruitment Consultant Your Duties Will Include
• Develop relationships with both new and existing clientele
• Establish job listing opportunities
• Undertake complete recruitment process
• Advertising
• Candidate attraction strategies
• Application screening
• Conducting interviews & reference checking
• File management
• Liaise with candidates and support on-hire workforce

Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in the recruitment/HR industries will be highly regarded, however is not essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Impeccable time management... and computer skills
• Professional attitude and presentation
• Highly motivated and a positive attitude
