We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Assistant Manager. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Wages: £12 PH

Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones, including social media campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase membership sales.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, showcasing our amenities and services to highlight the value of membership.
• Assist in the planning and execution of fitness programs, classes, and events to... enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the fitness centre, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and facilities are well-maintained.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the fitness centre, representing our values and promoting a positive image to members and the community.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques preferred.
• Personal training certification or willingness to obtain certification considered a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
