Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Sales Institutional Officer to join our dynamic sales team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, such as hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, and other large financial institutions.
• The Direct Sales Institutional Officer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our brokerage services, and delivering tailored investment solutions to institutional clients.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our institutional client base.
• Identify and prospect potential institutional clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial... needs.
• Conduct thorough client needs assessments and present customized investment solutions and trading strategies to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including research, trading, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of Six 6 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Master's degree or Professional certification, e.g. CFA, CFP, ACA or other relevant professional certificate is an added advantage
• Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on institutional clients
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and present complex information effectively.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and using investment research tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet client needs in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ethical values and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
