We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Training and Development Manager to join our renowned cruise line. This role plays a pivotal part in cultivating a skilled and engaged workforce to achieve our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

As the Training and Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Program Development:

Develop and implement training programs supporting organizational goals.

Needs Assessment:

Evaluate individual employee training needs and create tailored development plans.

Resource Management:

Develop and maintain training materials and resources.

Effectiveness Monitoring:

Monitor and track training program effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the... Human Resources team to ensure program alignment with company goals.

Presentations and Workshops:

Design and deliver engaging presentations and workshops to employees.

External Providers:

Manage and coordinate external training providers.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and updated training records.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Evaluation:

Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and development programs.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in training and development.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R95 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
