What will you be doing?

BDO’s Digital Advisory Teams are successful in providing advice and support to our clients on their Digital Transformation projects. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects. You will work... closely with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities :
• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline
• Conduct in-depth business and functional analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and tenders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new application architecture and present the best possible digital solution to clients
• Advise clients on the best procurement strategy and support them in selecting the appropriate digital solution and vendor/integrator
• Provide guidance and training to clients on new digital tools and systems to ensure smooth user adoption and effective change management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to continuously improve our services and maintain a competitive edge.

What do you bring to the table?
• Master degree in Computer science, Business administration, or related field
• Ideally 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in business and functional analysis, with a good understanding of application architecture and/or a good experience in implementing ERP/CRM
• Familiarity with the mid-market segment (25 to 150 employees) and understanding of their unique business challenges and requirements
• Outstanding communication skills fluency in FR/EN and good knowledge of Dutch.
• Creative, autonomous and Team-player
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
