Job Purpose

Has a prime focus on employee issues including all development and training activities locally as per approved workforce , budget and career development plans.

"Responsible to manage effectively and efficiently all basic HR activities as per SABIC approved Human Resources policies & procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure full compliance of all HR policies, procedures, and practices according to applicable laws and regulations in Türkiye and regional basis.
• Responsible to recruit the most qualified talents as per the approved organization structure and Workforce plan and ensure positive candidate and new hire experience.
• Manage new employee Orientation, on Boarding and training programs.
• Manage and organize the office administration to comply with the corporate requirements. (Code of Ethics, EHSS, Local Labor and Other Applicable Laws and BCM).
• Ensure maintenance of proper employee records and administration of payroll data according to the Turkish Social... Security (SGK) and Tax Laws (Gelir Vergisi), change in status, terminations, pension schemes and associated services
• Liaise with corporate Communication & manage Public Relations activities, CSR, seminars and branding with utilizing the assigned budget effectively.
• Participate and completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Guides employees on Company HR policies and provide with the right actions and consultancies
• Formulate and establish as needed new policies / procedures to facilitate progression in the office and to ensure compliance and consistency, ensure alignment with the office leader and relevant parties in HQ.
• Manage and execute different events in the region with a good knowledge of executive protocol.

Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in HR or any relative field.
• At least 4-6 years' of relevant work experience.
• A depth of experience in a fast paced and hands on role, preferably with a multi Business units within a global environment.
• Excellent Command of English languages (written and spoken).
• Microsoft office knowledge with SAP HR.
• Strong Analytics , Reporting and Problem Solving.
• Effective communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
