Role Description

This is a position for an Leadership Hiring Consultant. The Leadership Hiring Consultant will be responsible for conducting executive search across a variety of industries and functions using primary and secondary methods. They will also work closely with consultants to identify and engage with high potential candidates, and prepare reports and presentations on the candidate.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience as an Leadership Hiring Consultant or in Executive Search.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, including... experience with online research tools and databases
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in managing and prioritising multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Working against tight timelines and eager to deliver quickly
