Your mission

Be the champion of group tour product operations rollout. End to end understanding and management of how we operate the product from sales to after-trip moment.


Process Definition:
• Collaborate with management to formalize and standardize the group tour coordination process and tasks involved.

Pre-Trip Coordination:
• - Gather and verify accessibility information and flight details, ensuring timely communication with on-field partners.
• - Finalize itineraries in Travefy considering possible add-ons
• - Coordinate introductory Zoom calls for group members to meet and engage.
• - Send detailed emails with packing lists and other essential information to travelers before the trip.
• - Collaborate with marketing and on-field partners to ensure travel kits are ready at the destination.

During Trip:
• - Send daily WhatsApp messages to travelers detailing daily expectations, what to pack and activities.
• - Remain available for any inquiries or needs that arise during the trip.
• Partner Liaison:
• Maintain effective communication with on-field partners to ensure all requirements are met.

Post-Trip Feedback:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement of tour experiences, our product, platform and support.
