- Provide information and/or direction to students, parents, teachers, and administrators about career and educational services available to eligible students.
- Promote programs with students, staff and parents
- Advises and provides individualized support to students with educational
- Recommends further resources to parents where appropriate
- Maintains consultation records and documentations
- Ensures students gain clarity on interested courses, careers and universities
- Organizes and hosts university talks and visits
- Coordinate a variety of events and programs (e.g. student assessments, classroom presentations, career fairs; college visits; fieldtrips, student placement and follow up, teacher and counselor in-services, self-esteem programs, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the smooth transition from middle school to high school to post-secondary training and/or employment.
- Establishes positive working relationships with colleges and universities... ensuring they are familiar with the GIIS Education model and GSF foundation specifically, and creating opportunities for successful admission of GIIS students in their universities
- Working with Alumni
- Informing students about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these.
- Having updated knowledge about the changing trends in different job industries
• *Interaction**
- Works closely with the relevant stakeholders and evaluate student performance data to identify students who may require additional support
- Maintains constant communication with parents, teachers and the campus administration to provide personal support as part of the university planning process and to update the student’s progress
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
• *Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
