Job Title: Associate Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Associate Project Manager with experience in Atlassian JIRA to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for project management and a keen eye for detail. As a Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and execution of projects while leveraging your expertise in Atlassian JIRA to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities... including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Atlassian JIRA Administration: Utilize your expertise in Atlassian JIRA to create and manage project boards, workflows, and issue tracking, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports. Generate reports and dashboards in Atlassian JIRA to provide visibility into project progress and performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance activities by conducting testing, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Atlassian JIRA usage, best practices, and workflows to promote adoption and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project processes, workflows, and tools, leveraging your expertise in Atlassian JIRA to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the project management team to support overall project success and team objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with Atlassian JIRA administration, including creating and managing project boards, workflows, and issue tracking.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google suite (docs, sheet, etc) and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
