Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies is required - 5+ years of relevant work experience in growth Marketing and or in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis. - 2+ years’ experience building and managing reports or dashboards within a CRM (e.g. Salesforce). - 2+ years’ experience in negotiation - Fluent in English and Spanish

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Retail Marketing team, acquiring new customers and driving engagement with existing customers at scale through multi-channel marketing programs that deliver the right message, at the right time, every time.

You will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for our existing customer base and will work closely with a wider range of stakeholders across Vendor Management, Central Marketing, Brand and Creative.

Key job responsibilities
- Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
- Analyze and interpret behaviors and patterns that make leads likely to become active customers.
- Dive Deep into category performance from marketing perspective, figure out challenges and opportunities for marketing and education;
- Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance
- Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity.

- Experience in B2B technology marketing - Experience using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, QuickSight) to identify campaign insights and optimize performance - Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions. - Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations. - Strong quantitative, problem-solving and analytical skills. - Demonstrated understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys - Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams and time zones. - Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
