Account Executive - Your Future Position

As an Account Executive in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will take part in further training based on daily work to become a... sales/business professional proficient in assigned account management scope and main skills, with contributing responsibilities. And you will report to the Sales Director directly. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:
• Learn on the job and develop necessary skills to become an Account Manager in the future
• Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
• Track Account Plans for important accounts
• Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
• Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
• Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
• Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
• Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and take corrective actions if necessary
• Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
• Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for important accounts
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

Your professional profile includes:
• University degree (or equivalent)
• 2-4 years of related experience
• 1+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry
• Verbal and written command of English
• Passion for the Fragrance Industry
• Basic negotiation skills, Project management skills
• Customer relationship management ability
• Communicate across departments and geographies
