Our client is one of the biggest global consulting companies, so you will be playing a key role as a DC VIRTUALIZATION consultant - VMWARE VSPHERE & VCENTER

Job Description:
• Owns over-arching solution of L3 projects. Translates customer business requirements into high-level solutions and designs.
• Authors complex high-level solutions and delegates and pulls in architects and consultants as required.
• Responsible for project governance. Responsible for building out customer roadmap.
• Provides key technical support role to Solution Architects and SBMs' in the pre-sales stage of an opportunity by providing accurate effort estimation for complex multi-discipline bids.
• Has good commercial awareness and identifies future services opportunities within projects or at the customer lever... aging senior customer relationships.
• Identifies gaps in customer requirements to build out future delivery roadmap.
• Acts as a technical lead on L3 projects.
• Accountable for project deliverables while ensuring that the team adhere to the Delivery Excellence framework.
• Reviews, analyzes and makes appropriate improvement recommendations of work from all levels within the Consulting Organization.
• Has a very good understanding of Change Management processes and raises change requests when required understanding the impact on project budget and introduction of risk.
• Makes accurate impact assessments delegating when appropriate.
• Successfully oversees and closes-down change requests and rollback plans.
• Has a good understanding of value management and is able to govern customer stakeholder requirements to achieve the best balance between satisfied business needs and resources as agreed in the statement of works.

Recommended Industry Certification: MCSE, CCIE, ITIL, TOGAF Recommended VMware Certification: VCDX"
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

Experience : 4.5-8 Years

Qualification : B-Tech
