Here at G2 I am working with a client based in the Staffordshire area that is looking to expand the team with an addition of a building surveyor.
Rate- D.O.E
Contract Length- 6 months
Requirements and Needs
· Assessing the quality of buildings and identifying defects effectively
· Confident
· Social Housing/Local Authority experience is preferred.
· Be capable and confident advising tenants and landlords on the construction maintenance of their buildings.
· Experience in the removal of damp and mould from a previous role
· Surveying works and delivering them through a contractor
· Contract and compliance experience
