My client provides construction and project management services across residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects all over New Zealand.

About the role:

The administrator provides administration support and office reception duties for the business. Responsibilities include processing invoices and accounts payable, reception of visitors and couriers, and assisting with other office function tasks.

• Process invoices and accounts payable with appropriate approvals.
• Support the administrative needs of management and staff.
• Procurement of office stationery supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Follow appropriate administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with standard financial and administrative processes.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings of managers as required.
• Be the first point of contact for supplier and subcontractor... enquiries.
• Ensure all visitors sign in and advise the person they are visiting of their arrival.
• Ensure that housekeeping duties for the premises are completed.
• Assist the office manager with the set-up and support of team events, meetings.
• Receive and process Company mail, parcels, and other inwards goods.

Skills & Experience:
• Experience with office administration tasks and functions.
• Experience with accounts payable.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
