Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced and innovative digital agency. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships ( mainly through Cold Calling, ). Your primary focus will be on selling our digital marketing and development services to businesses looking to enhance their online presence and achieve their marketing goals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

• Cold-call, email, and network to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.

Client... Consultation:

• Understand clients' specific business needs and marketing objectives.

• Provide professional and tailored presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities and services.

• Offer strategic recommendations on digital marketing solutions that align with clients' goals.

• Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Act as the main point of contact and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Process Management:

• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.

• Track and manage the sales pipeline, updating CRM software regularly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and collateral.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a digital agency or related field.

• Strong understanding (Cold Calling, UPWORK, FIVER ) platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Working Hours Details:
• Base Salary: Rs 40,000 (Rs 50,000 during probation).
• Uncapped commissions (5-10% on sales)
• Working Hours: 5 pm to 12:00 am
