Graduate APS GRAD APS $57,706, plus an additional 15.4% superannuation
- Full-time
- Melbourne (Broadmeadows). Upon successful completion of the course graduates are likely to be relocated interstate.
• *The Role**
As a Graduate, you will:

- Use scientific techniques, including data visualisation to analyse, interpret and forecast atmospheric conditions
- Prepare and communicate weather forecasts
- Be closely involved in issuing weather warnings
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their business needs and provide expertise and advice to assist their business decision making
- Collaborate with other specialised professionals with hydrological, climatological and communication expertise

• *What we are looking for**
People with a diverse mix of skills, life experience and academic achievement in science, engineering or other field with studies in physics and mathematics. You will be available... to mobilise your skills to one of the Bureau's operational locations throughout Australia and be able to work on a rotating shift-work roster. A willingness to be flexible about your working location is a must.
