Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with sales/channel team to gather market insights in strategizing channel digital operations
• Prepare weekly/monthly report for Franchise secondary and primary sales, develop Franchisee dashboards
• Follow up on usage of Channel digital platforms at franchisees
• Make sure e-commerce orders are timely delivered in consultation and follow up with sales team

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling digital tools.
• Should be Graduate/ Masters with good knowledge of Digital operations.
• Must have experience of MS Excel, Reporting & Presentation.
