Airnguru's revenue management strategic consulting arm is searching for a seasoned Revenue Management Consultant to join our remote team. We help airlines around the world diagnose and improve their Revenue Management processes, with a special focus on Pricing processes, strategies, and tools. Our team blends airline Revenue Management veterans with data science experts, generating a vibrant and intellectually stimulating environment.

Salary Range: $2.500-$4.000 USD net.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Revenue Management and analytics processes and tools for airlines and other customers across industries.
• Analyze market data, competitive trends, and demand patterns to fuel pricing automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager/Director to foster seamless client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Train clients in Revenue Management concepts and mindset, equipping them to optimize their pricing and inventory strategies.

Qualifications:
• Industrial Engineer, B.Sc. in Economics, or equivalent. M.Sc. or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in airline Revenue Management (consulting experience is a plus).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences and thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for excellence and customer success
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in remote teams.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to customer locations worldwide.
• Bonus Points:
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms, simulation-optimization techniques, and AI tools for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Airline industry experience and knowledge of core processes, KPIs, and overall revenue model (highly desirable).
• Python proficiency.
• Previous consulting experienc
