About Position

The Project Manager role will be purely for providing technical consultancy to the team. Works closely with the one of the esteem client , Persistent Senior Leadership team and is an integral part of strategic initiatives, corporate strategy,.

Role: Project manager

Location: All PSL Locations

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Job Type: FTE

What you’ll do
• Project execution with Java Dev experience
• Work with different stakeholders to understand requirement and aligning Agile delivery.
• Responsible for software development team deliverables from requirements to final code delivery with required software Quality
• Drive the project with complete leadership in all fronts.
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates.
• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
• Project, Product, Delivery Roadmap, Client... collaboration, Continuous improvements using best practices, project goals alignment.
• Resourcing, Finance management (Billing, Revenue mgt, margins tracking etc.) Contracts, Risks management

Expertise you’ll bring
• Total minimum 12 years’ experience in IT, having 8-10 years of experience in project management.
• Java development background experience - minimum 3-5 years, cloud experience – minimum 3-4 years.
• Strong Knowledge of Java programming; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
• Expertise in Agile project delivery, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban and other project management tools (Confluence, SharePoint WBS etc.)
• Go Getter Attitude, of getting things done, outside of the defined role, when needed.
• Proven track record of taking ownership, team management, taking initiative, and Result oriented.
• Experience working in a multi-national company and driving transformation
