The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This role will both compose new documentation and edit the work of others, ensuring high standards for... readability, grammar, and content. The key to success in this rule is the ability to synthesize complex instructions into easy-to-follow guidebooks, instructions, and general communications.

• Explain technical ideas in simple language
• Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams
• Develop training materials and documentation to support the training of manufacturing personnel;
• Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in manufacturing processes, equipment, or procedures
• Meet with customer representatives to establish technical specifications
• Create user documentation for a variety of material

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Proven experience as a technical writer in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Experience creating SOPs for ISO certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand highly technical information
