SCOPE OF SERVICES

You will be part of a Customer Implementation & Delivery Squad working on the assigned customer accounts in the Americas. Customer Squad members work on complex projects with senior-level executives from some of the biggest companies in the world. The Customer Squad is central to the success of our mission. They must grasp complex issues in places they may have never heard of and then work with the internal teams and the client to ensure... they achieve significant value.
• Conduct in-depth research utilising a variety of sources and methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of client industries, markets, competitors, and customers.
• Become a subject matter expert on the issues, stakeholders, and interests of the customers, enabling you to provide targeted and actionable insights.
• Synthesize research findings and analysis into compelling narratives that support strategic recommendations.
• Generate insights and deliverables to meet clients business needs aligned to TSCs contract with the client.
• Regularly interact with customers, presenting insights, findings, and recommendations using TSCs software applications, and gathering feedback to refine the approach and ensure alignment with their needs and goals.
• Set up TSCs platform for our clients according to the customers requirements and own the quality & health of the system..
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure customers are able to use our platform to achieve their objectives effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage key work streams within customer projects. This includes setting objectives for insights, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Support CS/Account Manager throughout the contract lifecycle, including at customer review meetings.
• Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback/input to existing or new feature development and UX for Insights generation

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration/International Business or related field
• 1 - 5 years of experience in Research/ Advisory roles
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish, the remaining language should be at the intermediate level)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to approach complex business challenges with clear, structured thinking
• Adaptability to changing project needs, working under pressure and managing ambiguity
• Prior knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, or other BI tools will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset and can-do attitude
• Curious, eager to learn and grow
• Active team player, self-starter, and well-organized
