In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with managerial candidates to develop talent pipelines, building their interests in available positions and hiring high-quality talents for business needs. Responsibility:

1. Manage full life cycle of recruitment processes by partnering with hiring managers and various HR parties. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for responsible accounts to support business results.
2. Identify qualified candidate profiles by using various sourcing channels and bring top talents to TSMC. Able to build good relations with candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.
3. Stay up to date with Semiconductor talent market trends. Able to provide... Talent Market insights to hiring managers to make better-informed recruitment decisions with a wealth of data.
4. Manage the recruitment dashboard, including deliver hiring analysis report. Monitor recruitment progress/hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analyzing reports and KPIs.
5. Provide solutions when anticipating needs of candidates, HR business partners and hiring managers
