Job Description
• Technical support, serve as escalation point for complex technical issues, providing hands-on L1 & L2 support and troubleshooting
• Hardware & software installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Project management as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software, and network configurations.
• VIP support

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in a Senior technical support role in professional firm
• Strong knowledge of Windows and MaxOS operating systems
