Medier is looking for Head of Social Media to join our team now!

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of social media team leads and specialists to drive brand engagement, audience growth, and community management across various social media platforms;
• Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition.
• Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring its delivery to time, budget & quality standards.
• Create and curate content that resonates with our gaming audience, including game updates, event promotions, giveaways, and community-driven initiatives;
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed;
• Collaborate with the marketing and game development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and... alignment of brand objectives;
• Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge in the market;
• Oversee crisis management and conflict resolution within the gaming community;
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and gaming partners to expand our reach and collaborations.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the gaming industry is required;
• Proven experience in social media management and team leadership;
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, industry trends, and community dynamics;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms;
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions;
• In-depth knowledge of paid social strategies, including the ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for maximum ROI;
• Proficiency in creating and managing organic social strategies, encompassing content planning, community management, and audience engagement;
• Team-oriented, with excellent leadership and mentorship skills;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
