We are recruiting our next Key Account Manager.

Primary objectives include: Servicing and building the customer business of ResMed Schweiz GmbH, Leading the sales representative team of this region, assuring an efficient sales organization in this specific region and establishing brand and company recognition in the region as the market leader in Switzerland

Let’s talk about responsibilities:
• Leads, encourage and coaches the sales representative team professionally and personally, develops them into effective and competent team that works successfully
• Personally takes care of the strategic key accounts, business partners, opinion makers, etc. on the management level in his area
• Creates and services standard processes for sales planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Signs as the person responsible for the CRM system and oversees his sales team in the CRM
• Actively cooperates in the creation of a complete company budget in the special field clinical; in this area defines the... regional sales budget (year, quarter, and month)
• Plans, coordinates, supervises and monitors all national sales activities, including cost management in collaboration with the marketing team, analyses and optimizes the costs of his field
• Guides and cares for the sales forecast and reports on it to the Country Manager of ResMed Switzerland
• Is included in the selection, hiring, and orientation of sales personnel
• Conducts performance evaluations and sets appropriate goals for the next evaluation period
• Regularly reviews goals set with individual employees and makes any necessary adjustments to ensure that these goals are reached
• Supervises and assures the course of events by interfacing with the total process of "gaining customers and servicing customers”
• Responsible for clear communication interfacing to other processes, in particular to the sub-process of ordering and invoicing as well as of marketing
• Ensures that the team adheres to internal guidelines (SOP, ISO, etc.) to support smooth and efficient workflows; ensures that these are documented, particularly regarding the interfaces to Marketing and Customer Service
• Plans, integrates, and coordinates support in operational sales matters
• Supports management in the area of New Business Development
• Coordinates, supervises, and monitors processes between New Business and Installed Business and between ResMed products and non-ResMed products
• Supervises and monitors the pool of demonstration devices and the consignment warehouse

Let’s talk about qualifications and experience
• Commercial degree with appropriate training in the medical field and several years of experience in the medical technology-oriented field sales or medical degree with several years of experience in the medical commercial field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field. Ideally, very good network within the target range
• Native German with good oral and written skills in English (knowledge of the respective other language is of advantage) and/or the willingness to learn the other language in the next 24 months
