Business Analyst - Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX
Join one of Atlanta's most solid and stable organizations in a Business Analyst role working on some of the largest and most visible IT projects within this enterprise organization!! This contract-to-hire position plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business requirements, process documentation and... technology delivery. This is a hybrid role working two days onsite and three days from home. Day-to-day you will work closely with the business to gather requirements using interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys, etc.. Use industry standard techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, user stories, wireframing, use cases and functional decomposition analysis to document and analyze system and business processes and requirements. Ideal candidate has minimum 8+ years BA experience in enterprise environment with a good mix of the following:
• Working between IT and the business
• Process and business function documentation
• Visio
• DataFlow Modeling experience
• Use Cases
• User Stories
• Agile
• Exceptional communication both written & verbal
• Bachelor's degree
• MS Dynamics/D365 heavily preferred
• Azure DevOps - preferred
• Oil and Gas (upstream) - preferred
• CBAP certification - preferred
• Ability for light travel in the US
