Therapea Health is seeking either a fully Registered or Provisional Psychologists for full-time and/or part time roles (min 3 days/week).
Full time roles include a working from home day 1 x day/week, seeing a variety of clients either face to face or via telehealth, and undertaking standardised assessments, diagnoses and report writing.
Our achievable client caseloads are 5 billable hrs per day for Provisional Psychologists and 5.5 billable hrs per day for Generally Registered Psychologists.
Successful applicants will have the following attributes:
• Enjoy the challenge of working with neurodiverse children and adolescents
• Have ASD assessment experience (preferred) – or is interested in developing this skill
• Have a warm and friendly disposition, and a can-do attitude
• Build rapport and engage with clients easily, in both face to face and remote consultation settings
• Will occasionally provide mentorship and advice to Provisional Psychologists on team

Our Psychologists are compassionate and capable practitioners, who provide emotional, practical and behaviour support to their clients by applying an array of techniques and interventions.
All of our Psychologists have access to a full suite of ASD, ADHD, cognitive, clinical, adaptive functioning, educational and resilience assessments.
Psychology is practiced either face to face in local consulting-suite settings and remotely via Telehealth.

The Employee will:
· Be responsible for managing an allocated caseload of at least 25 x clients per week (full time), completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner, and meeting KPIs of an average 5 billable hours per day. If fully Registered, an average of 5.5 billable hours per day will be the baseline expectation.
· Undertake psychological assessments with clients including children, young people and families
· General Registered Psychologist only: to provide mentorship and be a sounding-board for Provisional Psychologists
· Provisional Psychologists only: under the supervision of a senior Psychologist administer, score, interpret and report using various psychometric assessment resources as appropriate.
· Develop intervention strategies to align with client’s goals and needs, including;
o Individualised support plans for clients
o a range of individual, family and group therapy sessions
o Behavioural Support Plans, and
o Psychological Behavioural Assessments for clients,
· Monitor, recognise and take appropriate action regarding adverse signs and
symptoms that may arise during all therapeutic interventions, including risk.
· Communicate in a timely and professional manner at all times
· Maintain clear and precise case notes, completed within 48 hours of consultation.
Service Delivery
· A Provisional Psychologist will be assigned a caseload of up to 5 clients per day
· A General Registered Psychologist will be assigned a caseload of 5.5 clients on average per day
· The Psychologist’s hours will not exceed 38 hours per week (full time)
· Consultations may be conducted either in person or via telehealth; within the hours of Monday – Friday 9am –7pm; negotiable start and finish times
