We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working in-office per week. This role can be based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or at our flagship office in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Operations Team. This role involves spearheading analytics for the Sales department and requires a blend of analytical skills, effective collaboration, commitment to high data quality and the capacity to convert complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights.

You Will

Insights & Analysis
• Gain a thorough understanding of Sales departmental functions, processes and challenges to provide tailored data insights.
• Proactively identify areas where data analytics can add value and improve Sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and operational business partners for insightful data analysis and decision support.

Visualizations
• Create insightful, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards to track key metrics and support strategic goals.
• Ensure accuracy and relevance of visualizations for business decision-making.
• Stay current with latest trends in data visualization and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance data representation.

Operational Support & Training
• Provide ongoing support to Sales Team, addressing data-related queries and challenges.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for repots.
• Conduct training sessions and host regular sessions for assistance and feedback on report usability.

Deep Departmental Understanding
• Acquire deep knowledge of departmental processes for tailored reporting solutions.
• Proactively work to deepen your understanding of the business objectives behind each report, enabling you to offer more targeted and relevant guidance to users.
• Explore and implement data-driven strategies to boost operational efficiency.

Data Ownership
• Assume responsibility for the integrity, usability and standardization of data and metrics.
• Partner with operational leadership to implement and enforce policies and procedures for data management to ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate complex data concepts into understandable business terms.

This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

You Have
• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI
• 3+ years of experience analyzing Sales data
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize and prioritize
• Strong initiative and ability to problem solve
• Can work effectively in cross functional teams
• Self-motivated and energetic
