Duties and responsibilities
• Discuss the project with stakeholders to fully explore and understand the problem statements and product/project requirements.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, troubleshoot any UX problems and ensure changes are made to correct any issue.
• Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look. Identify and resolve UX issues.
• Exposure to the design industry and learning on the job regarding the best practices in user interface and designing.
• Ensure design standards are maintained and consistent.
• Update and add to the company's design system documentation and processes.
• Stay up to date with all of the industry’s trends and best practices.
• Well organize, multitask and manage time to complete tasks timely.
