Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Reform Pilates instructor to lead engaging and effective classes for our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates instruction, with a focus on reformer-based exercises. Responsibilities include:
• Leading group reformer Pilates classes
• Providing individualised instruction and modifications as needed
• Creating challenging and dynamic workouts... that cater to all fitness levels
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants
• Promoting the benefits of Pilates and encouraging member participation
Requirements:
• Certification in Pilates instruction, preferably with a focus on reformer Pilates
• Previous experience teaching Pilates classes, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• A passion for health, fitness, and wellness
